We offer three spaces for your event, each rich in vision and steeped in history.
The Depot
Constructed in 1909 by W.H. Brereton for the Des Moines Union Railway, the Depot once served as a passenger station. Today, the Dutch Revival architecture is singular in its splendor and doubles as a breathtaking backdrop for photos.
Accommodates 50 to 80 guests at tables.
The Center
This 7,500-square-foot, amenity-rich space is situated next to the Depot as a contemporary complement in the same timeless style. Inside, you’ll see historic works by local artists as the Capitol Building’s brilliant gold dome shines through the windows.
